My Useless Review of Pokemon Game Streams by YouTubePlays

I just did my very first review of something and you can see it here! In case you're wondering, it's about the streams on YouTube of certain Pokemon games that are actually playable via chat! I honestly never took part in any of them, but I observed the gameplays and was able to learn a few things about playing video games through chatting. 3 Animated Films That Are Not Made for Kids
NOTE: This was supposed to be a writing sample for a blog-writing website, but I decided that it might not be appropriate and moved it here.
A lot of people seem to think that all animated films are made for children. However, that is not true as there are a handful of animated films that should not be shown to young viewers. Here are some of the most infamous animated films that were clearly not to be shown to kids. There will be some spoilers ahead, so read at your own risk!
Felidae(1994)
One example is "Felidae", a 1994 German animated film about a cat investigating murders that are happening around his neighborhood right after he moved in with his owner. While the animation style and character designs are similar to Disney's, there are some scenes that are too intense for young viewers, including scenes depicting a sexual act between the protagonist and a random female cat, and explicit shots of the murder victims. The murderer is revealed near the end, and dies after the protagonist disembowels him. This movie is clearly made for adults, but may appeal more to cat lovers.
The Plague Dogs(1982)
Another film worth noting is "The Plague Dogs", a 1982 British animated movie based on a novel of the same name. The story takes place in a real-life location in England known as Lake District, and follows two domestic dogs who were originally test subjects in an animal testing facility. The dogs manage to escape from the building, but they struggle to survive in the wilderness while trying to find a new owner. The overall mood of this film is depressing, and there is a scene where a hunter is shot in the face with a close-up of him covering his face while blood pours out and dies shortly after. There are a lot more scenes in the movie that should not be shown to children, but even dog lovers may find it hard to view the entire movie without hugging their furry friends.

This controversial 1972 cartoon movie was based on the 60's comic of the same name, and was also the first ever animated film to receive an X-rating. The main character is a cat named Fritz, who lives in a world where all of the people are anthropomorphic animals. The film's timeline is in the 1960's, and mirrored the real-life political problems of that time. There are scenes depicting sexual acts between Fritz and multiple characters near the beginning, along with a handful of satire throughout the film. The naked bodies of some of the characters resemble that of a human's, and the ending was almost as sexual as the beginning. Interestingly, the policemen were depicted as pigs, and black people were depicted as crows.
If you were one of the people who believed that all animated movies were for kids, hopefully this has helped you open your eyes and realize that not all cartoons are kid-friendly. Next time you're about to show a cartoon movie to a child, make sure it's appropriate enough, and most importantly, not X-rated!

The Tragic Death of my Pokewalker
Hello, everyone! Today, for no reason in particular, I'd like to share my story of how I lost my Pokewalker at the most disgusting and unlikely of places you can possibly imagine. So as a forewarning, if you're eating something right now, I highly recommend you read this after you're done! And now without further ado, let's move on to the story:
The death of my poor Pokewalker happened shortly after I got it when Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver just came out. As a huge Pokemon fan, I was excited to try out the cool device as it allowed you to take one of your Pokemon along with you straight out of the DS! I used it to walk several of my Pokemon, mostly when I had to walk to school or go somewhere with my mom. The Pokewalker made walking more interesting and fun, because the more you walk, the more Watts you earn! (Watts were used to do things like finding wild Pokemon through your Pokewalker.)
One day, me and my mom got to go on a vacation to Japan to visit some of our relatives. Of course, I took my DS, my Soul Silver game, and my Pokewalker with me, since I figured we'd do a lot of walking while we're there! Long story short, we stayed at my grandparents' home in the countryside of Kagoshima for the last week or so of the vacay, and the Pokemon in the Pokewalker at the time was my Rapidash. My grandparents' restroom was, how should I say, cultural? The toilet was fixed to the ground, so you'd have to kind of squat above it to do your business. (Tokyo Disneyland has these toilets as well.)
What I hated about this toilet was not only the way you have to stand to use it, but the strong smell of accumulated human waste coming from down below! You see, since it's a countryside toilet, there's no water to flush with, so all the waste just drops into the deep underground, where a truck will eventually come and vacuum up all the waste. Anyway, one time when I had to use this godawful toilet, my Pokewalker was clipped onto the side of my pants. After I pulled my pants back up, guess what happened?
The Pokewalker came off as soon as I pulled my pants up, and it fell right into the toilet and landed on a pile of soft human waste! "Oh shit!"(pun intended) was kind of my I reaction when I realized that I can't reach down there and get my poor Rapidash back up. What a way to lose your Pokewalker! It was right there, still working, but I couldn't reach it and it was now severely contaminated. There was nothing else I could do but to give up and accept my fate. Fortunately, HG and SS has a feature where you can "retrieve" your Pokemon from your Pokewalker, should you lose it or break it. While I did get my Rapidash back, I could not buy another Pokewalker as people were selling them for ridiculous prices. My Pokewalker is probably completely destroyed by now. If only I moved my Pokewalker to a safer place or pulled my pants up away from the toilet of hell, my Pokewalker would probably still be here. When I think back to how I lost my Pokewalker, I feel kind of stupid. I mean, of course the Pokewalker will move a bit when you pull your pants down or up! <_<
If you're lucky enough to have your original Pokewalker to this day, or another one after you lost yours, don't ever make the same mistake I made. Seriously, you'll feel like an idiot. -.- Anyway, thanks for reading my story and have a good night! :)

Introduction
Hello everyone, and welcome to my first new official blog! I've recently decided to become a blogger/writer and hope to become successful at it. This post will basically cover an introduction of myself and my plans on how this blog will go. Also, I would like to ask for your feedback or tips on anything in this blog: the title, my posts, my writing style, topics, etc., so I can improve and become better as a blogger. Now that's out of the way, let's move on to the intro!
My Introduction
So first, an introduction for myself: my real name is Ross (yes, just Ross. I won't reveal my last name, or at least not yet!) and I live on the island of Oahu. I am 20 years old and have many interests, including drawing, playing guitar, singing, songwriting, body art and jewelry, certain movies and TV shows, toy collecting, and Pokemon. Like a lot of people, I aim to make a living on doing the things I love to do, and so far I am not successful at it. However, I will not give up hope and you shouldn't either! One day I hope to share my creations and passions to the world and make a difference in many people's lives, like how other people made a difference in mine.
My Plans
This blog will be like my own journal, but with you (the audience) in mind. I'll write what I have in my head, any news that I really want to post, or something :P I can't promise exactly what kind of posts I'll write, but I can promise that I won't be writing about things I don't have a passion for, or anything that I am legitimately not interested in but know that you guys would be. After all, I believe that in order to write good content, the writer has to have a passion or liking to the subject. However, I may also write confessions or life stories that I might not be comfortable sharing at first, but believe they may be interesting or even helpful to some of you guys! My target audience for now would be anyone who has a variety of interests like me, or at least people who share some of my interests!
